We look forward to meeting you soon to begin your driving life
Having met Dylan quite some way through his overall driving experience and journey, Dylan represents a careful, considerate driver. We have focussed on getting the tiny details required into place such as head checks, scanning of mirrors, and motorway driving to fine-tune steering, road position, and above all else, reading the road.
I would suggest that in the final three lessons we cover parallel parking, three-point turns, hill starts as well as general driving before carrying out a pre-test assessment, then a final drive before his test date.

Fantastic result. You are a confident, safe driver. I think we just need to move on and cover the rest of the requirements so you can confidently prepare to sit your restricted driving test. In our next lesson, we will prepare to look at parallel parking, 3 point turns, reversing, and hill starts.
Please practice head checks, look right a number of times for traffic and to re-confirm your decision to pull out and practice the motorway run this week if you can remember the off and on ramp scenarios you need to follow.

Pre-test practice
Hi there, It is a pleasure to meet you here in a virtual space! I understand you are looking to prepare for your restricted license test and at the same time learn to drive. Well, you are with the right people. We are highly qualified and caring driving educators with a wealth of on-road and off-road experience across manual, automatic, and electric driving disciplines. When you are ready to begin, we will take an initial session to get you settled into one of our vehicles and pass on some of the basics. Once you are comfortable, we will cover a number of aspects you will need to know from how to conduct a three-point turn, reversing, and lane position across on-road and off-road scenarios. A lot of fun with a serious undernote that will help you calmly prepare for your next test, taking all you learn into your future journeys when you begin to take responsibility for yourself, passengers, and other road users' safety. This page will remain live throughout your learning experience and each time we meet, it will be updated with your next session plan, what you have achieved to date, your revision points, and anything you may need to consider that needs a little more practice. We can't wait to meet you.
Your All Terrain Driving Mentor
Developing a training plan with you is where we begin once you have your theory learner test behind you.
Your training plan will be a structured and logical sequence of progressive lesson plans with the provision for the review of your progress as we go.
Each lesson plan will have its own TRAINING OBJECTIVE which will outline what you will achieve as a result of the session along with the STANDARD to which you need to perform the task and the conditions under which the performance will be assessed along with the RESOURCES that will need to be supplied.
How we deliver our knowledge to you is through three main methods
Controlled Practice – This is where your tutor will carry out the manoeuvre with a full verbal description as we go a couple of times so you have a chance to observe and feel comfortable trying it yourself.
Prompted Practice – Once you are comfortable, you can then try the manoeuvre whilst your tutor prompts you with a word here and there as a reminder as you concentrate on carrying out your manoeuvre
Transferred Responsibility – Yay – this is the bit you get to do it yourself and practice.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated by either the tutor or the student or any staff member of ALL TERRAIN DRIVING ACADEMY
